Example document. The website, the dates, and the findings below are illustrative and do not describe a real customer.
Sample reportThis is the format a Website Care Plus client receives every month. It is written in plain language, it says what we did and what we did not do, and it never asks you to interpret a dashboard.

One sample calendar month of 30 days, first day to last day. Reports are issued within the first five business days of the following month, whether or not anything eventful happened.
www.example-sample-site.com - a fictional single-site business website on a standard CMS. No real customer website is described here.
What was watched continuously across the period, and what each check confirmed.
What monitoring surfaced during the period, and what happened to each item.
Every update in this example month was applied to a compatible staging copy first, verified there, then published, with a backup taken before each one. Staging-site testing is a Website Care Plus feature and depends on the hosting environment supporting it.
Minor technical work drawn from the 60 minutes included with Website Care Plus. 38 of the 60 minutes were used this period. Unused minutes do not roll over.
Everything above was covered by the monthly plan fee, and nothing in this period was billed separately. The two lists below are the standing boundary, not a judgement made month by month.
What we suggest next, in priority order. Nothing here is started without your approval.
What is still open at the end of the period. An empty list here would be a warning sign, not a good sign.
This report covers the work performed on one website during one period. It is not a security audit, not a penetration test, and not a guarantee that a website cannot be compromised. Figures come from monitoring and update logs, and anything we could not observe is reported as unknown rather than assumed good.
