How much does website maintenance cost?
Care plans start at $79 per month. A one-time $199 onboarding assessment is normally required before enrollment, and part of that fee may be credited toward your first three months of service when approved by Syntexsys. A free fit review tells you which plan fits before you commit.
What does a maintenance plan actually include?
Features depend on the selected plan. Website Monitor provides monitoring and reporting only. Website Care adds updates, pre-update backups, verification, and up to 30 minutes of minor technical work. Website Care Plus adds up to 60 minutes of work, staging-site testing when supported, analytics summaries, broken-link review, and form-delivery checks. Backup-status verification is included where hosting access allows. Available depending on your selected Website Care plan.
How much does the Website Security Check cost?
The Website Security Check is a flat $299 for one website. You receive a prioritized written report and a 30-minute review call, plus an optional remediation quote if you want us to carry out the fixes. It is a one-time review, not a penetration test and not ongoing monitoring.
What does the free fit review include?
The free fit review is a brief public review used to determine whether your website may qualify for a Syntexsys Website Care plan. It is not a technical audit or security assessment. It does not include admin access, malware scanning, a remediation plan, or a written security report.
Will updates break my site?
Updates are backed up and verified after installation. Website Care Plus can include staging-site testing when the customer's hosting environment supports it. No update process removes every risk, which is why each update is verified afterwards.

Do I still own my website?
Yes. Your website, domain, hosting account, files, and business accounts remain yours. Syntexsys receives only the access needed to provide the selected service, and you retain administrative ownership and control.
