Website Monitor

$79per month

Early-warning monitoring for a stable website - we detect and report problems, and every fix is quoted before any work starts.

  • Uptime and availability monitoring with problem alerts

Monitoring only. Corrective work is reviewed and quoted separately before it starts, and monitoring does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the detection of every incident.

Proactive updates and small fixes for a business website you rely on.

  • CMS core, theme, and plugin updates with a backup before every update
  • Basic malware monitoring and post-update verification
  • Up to 30 minutes of minor technical work per month
  • Email-first support with a response within one business day

Covers one website. The 30 minutes is a monthly maximum for minor technical work only: it does not roll over, it is not transferable, and it does not cover large development, redesigns, new features, or emergency recovery.

  • Staging-site update testing when a compatible staging environment is available

Covers one website. The 60 minutes is a monthly maximum that does not roll over, staging testing depends on a compatible staging environment being available, and ecommerce and transactional sites need a separate assessment first.

Enrollment starts with a one-time onboarding assessment.

A paid onboarding assessment is normally required before we accept an unknown website, unless Syntexsys waives it. We review platform, hosting, admin access, CMS, plugin and theme condition, licensing concerns, backup status, domain and DNS ownership, unsupported PHP or software versions, visible malware indicators, update failures, technical debt, and plan compatibility, then send a prioritized written report with our onboarding recommendation. Part of the fee may be credited toward the first three months of service when approved by Syntexsys.

  • A hands-on review of platform, hosting, admin access, CMS, plugin and theme condition, update condition, and licensing concerns
  • A prioritized written report of risks and technical debt
  • A firm plan recommendation - or a remediation quote first if your site needs cleanup before enrollment

  • Each plan covers one website
  • Included minutes do not roll over month to month
  • Support is email-first; calls are scheduled in advance
  • Requests may be submitted at any time, and email requests are reviewed within one business day
  • Response time is a first reply, not a guaranteed resolution time, and the clock starts once we have a complete request
  • Emergency and same-day work is not included and is quoted separately
  • Hosting, domains, premium themes and plugins, and software licenses are billed separately
  • Redesigns, new features, content writing, SEO campaigns, and ads management are separate projects
  • Compromised websites need a separately quoted cleanup before care begins
  • Websites in poor condition may need paid remediation before enrollment
  • Ecommerce and transactional websites require a separate assessment

Requests may be submitted at any time. Email requests are reviewed within one business day. Technical calls and maintenance windows are scheduled in advance. Emergency and immediate-response service is not included.
